About Us
Consumer electronics for the desk, the nightstand and the room around them
OTTER KNOLL GRAIN LLC is a consumer electronics shop based at 6764 Liberty Rd in Campbellsville, Kentucky. We sell the small machines that a working day actually runs on: lighting you can dim, power you can carry, stands that hold a phone where you need it, speakers for a room, scales for the kitchen and tripods for the camera that records it all.
Everything on this site is a consumer electronics or electronics accessory line, chosen because it solves one clear problem on a desk. The catalogue is deliberately short, and it is organised into six collections so you can go straight to the part of the room you are fixing.
The six collections
- Ambient Lighting — table lamps, floor lamps, night lights and sculptural accent lights. Touch and USB dimming, warm or multi-tone output, and cordless rechargeable options for shelves and bedside tables.
- Portable Power — power banks and portable chargers with digital readouts, built-in or attachable cables, magnetic mounting and foldable AC prongs for travel.
- Phone Stands — desk docks, cradle stands, adjustable mounts and a clamp-on headset hanger. Foldable where it matters, weighted where it does not.
- Speakers — compact Bluetooth and Wi-Fi audio for a desk, a shelf or a second room, including paired stereo units and a hands-free speaker for calls.
- Digital Scales — kitchen, pocket and milligram scales with multi-unit switching, tare functions and auto power saving.
- Tripods — three-leg stands, tabletop tripods, pan-tilt heads and 1/4 inch wall mounts for cameras, lighting fixtures and small surveillance devices.
How we choose what we sell
Each line is bought in small quantities and checked before it is listed. We measure the unit in front of us, note the port count and the power rating on the product page, and write the description in plain English rather than in the language of an advertisement. If a product has a limitation, it appears in the text: a stand that suits a bare phone but not a thick case, a lamp that needs a USB outlet nearby, a scale that is better for powder than for dough.
That is also why you will not find seasonal churn here. A collection changes when a better version of a product arrives, not when a calendar page turns. When something is discontinued it leaves the site instead of sitting in a clearance corner.
Shipping, returns and questions
Orders are packed at our Campbellsville address and processed in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery within the United States is estimated at 7 to 14 business days with tracking sent by email. If a parcel arrives damaged, or the wrong item arrives, tell us within 48 hours with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it in full. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy; delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Questions about compatibility, dimensions or an existing order go to a person, not a form. Write to info@cinderfabric.com or call +1-4523944253, Monday to Friday, and you will have an answer within one business day.
