Privacy policy

This policy explains what OTTER KNOLL GRAIN LLC collects when you use this store, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • Order information: your name, delivery address, email address and telephone number, and the products you ordered.
  • Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We receive the result of the payment and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number.
  • Technical information: the browser and device you use, your approximate location from your IP address, and the pages you visit on this store.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email or through a contact form.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to keep records required by law, to prevent fraud, and to understand which pages of the store are useful. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share what is necessary with the companies that run this store: our ecommerce platform, our payment processor, our carriers and our email provider. Each of them processes the data only to provide that service to us.

Cookies

This store uses cookies to keep your cart working, to remember your preferences and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout may stop working correctly if you do.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept for two years.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@cinderfabric.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the footer of every message.

Children

This store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
